The inspection and installation process was amazingly seamless.  The crew knew exactly what had been proposed to me earlier and took great care of our basement and yard.  The work was completed very quickly but with professional care.  The system even recently had to work through all the rain and I have a dry basement now! The company took on an admittedly difficult task, involving removing the old sump pump, which was in an awkward location in a small landing with limited access. When they removed the old pump pit, I watched them fill the old location carefully, and then cement over it. The landing looks brand new now. The new sump pump required installing a new pipe through the foundation wall, which was then directed to drain in a much better way than our previous system.  The basement waterproofing crew then dug out a channel along the basement perimeter, only removing a minimal amount of floor. We moved most of our furnishings and belongings out of the space, and covered the others with plastic drop cloth, because this process can be dusty. The workers walked me through the process at every step, and actually took time to teach me about how to control humidity and air quality in the basement. The waterproofing system was installed in a day, and then the following day, the team covered the system with concrete, resulting in a smooth finish around the inside perimeter. A battery back-up and flood alarm system were installed with the new sump pump. The team consulted on a design for fully improving the basement space, including work on insulated, mold-resistant floor coverings. Communication with the company has been quick, professional, and easy to understand. My wife and I are continuing to work with this company on another project because we have been so pleased with their efforts on the waterproofing and sump pump install

I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldn't even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours. The backup battery they installed let the sump pump keep working perfectly. Talk about just in time!

Esteban was exceptional. Him and the crew did an excellent job. There were a few things I didn't understand and Esteban was there to answer all my questions.

I first phoned Basement Systems about two years ago. he came to my home, assessed the situation, and made his recommendations. He explained very well - so clearly, with all the details, and no sales pressure. I was not an easy sell, but he was always very courteous and helpful when I phoned for more facts and for the names of local customers.  This summer, I phoned to ask him about an Ultrasump. Again he was patient and very imofrmative. After my husband also talked thim, we decided to get this pump. Pete installed it, and did the annual check-up and service at the same time.
