Two days before the carpenter was scheduled to start finishing his basement into an entertainment room, Ben M. from Parkville, MD walked downstairs to find a trail of water running from the stairs to the wall on the basement floor. Shane is a Parkville resident who went from using 5 sump pumps to just 1 system. We installed our sub-floor drainage system WaterGuard along with installing new window wells that connect into the sump pump system. The new window wells have brightened up the basement and gave the area a more open look.

Everything went seamless for me-- the crew showed up on time, got to work and I didn't have to do anything... Notifications mostly-- reminders of the upcoming work. Always better to get them even if I remember... I had NO clue. Everything was explained- any questions answered. Hard working guys, stayed at it getting everything done, got everything prepared then installed and finally cleaned up.. Pretty sure I couldn't get the same thing done by anyone else, pieces and parts, maybe, but the complete job, one source. Perfect.

Our basement has been flooded 4 times since we bought our house. Basement Systems was able to find out where the problem is and fix it. The process was quick,professional and very efficient. The installers did a great job and were very careful about our property. Basement Systems installed a a new box drain and sump pump for is. I love my sump pump. Sometimes I go down in the basement and just look at it!! It's very high tech and works so well. I would highly recommend this company for anything that involves your basement.

Happy,Happy,Happy! what a great company. From beginning to end the team did a wonderful job. Having knowledge of water problems and how to fix them is what these guys do. We had an exterior drain installed at our basement door along with a Super Sump pump.
