This 9 year old home had a leak in around a door and developed mold. We did a complete gut and used ClosedCell sprayfoam to re-insualte the framed exterior walls and the perimeter box beam. We then added the Everlast wall panels, ThermalDry Parquet tiles and Linen ceiling tiles. We added the Sanidry XP to protect the entire basement and the home.

We finished a basement in Middletown, NY with a full bathroom and an area to add some kitchen cabinets at a later date.

This Cusomer is finishing thier basement in stages, Our first stage is an Egress window and a Sanidry Sedona. This will provide the needed exit from the space and clean, dry air!

We replaced an old window inside a basement for a homeowner in Pine Bush, NY with our EverLast Basement Window. Unlike the old window, this one is made from vinyl that will last a lifetime. It will never rot, rust, or be damaged by termites either. This airtight window will ensure that rodents and elements from the outdoors can’t make their way inside. Our team headed to Accord, NY to transform an unfinished basement into a livable and usable space. Instead of just having a ceiling filled with exposed fiberglass insulation known to absorb moisture and grow mold, we installed our linen stone wool ceiling tiles inside this homeowner’s basement. These tiles do not support mold growth because they are made with stone wool fiber, which is an inorganic material that mold cannot thrive on. Our team covered up the bare concrete walls using our EverLast Perimeter Wall System, EverLast Partition Wall System, and our Ever Last Non-Insulated Wall panels. None of these wall systems can be damaged by moisture and are made to last in a basement environment. Finally, we used our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring in grey to give the floor that polished and finished look. Unlike organic wood panels, this flooring will not buckle, swell, rot, or grow mold. Now this basement is ready to use and will last for years to come!
