The owner himself came to our house. The entire process was great from the 1st phone call to the office to the clean up process.

Gabriel from the company arrived on time and were very professional, courteous, and patient. he inspected the house foundation from both outside and inside. He looked around the house and the entire basement, gave us his opinion of the foundation condition. he took a lot of pictures for future analysis. Since his company no longer does this kind of repair, he spent time with another contractor to give me an accurate estimate. Based on his professional opinion, I decide not to buy the house. I felt that his opinion is invaluable. I suggest all home buyers consult a foundation expert like him before signing the contract, because many old houses could have potential foundation problem which is very expensive to fix and could cause a lot of long term headache.

I was very happy with how the foreman installed the sump pump and finished the cement patch near the sump and floor drain. The crew was very pleasant during the install.
