Healthy Basement Systems helped a homeowner in East Hampton, NY improve their crawl space with the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system, drainage matting, and high-performance insulation.

The project included wrapping the crawl space piers, installing a SmartDrain leak detection system, and covering the vents to help protect the space from outside moisture. TerraBlock, SilverGlo, and rim joist insulation were also installed to improve insulation and help create a more comfortable, moisture-controlled environment. Mold-X2 and Botanical treatments were applied to the joists and walls as part of the project.
