 The CleanSpace® Wall System utilizes a thick (20mil) white poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. CleanSpace® is installed by fastening the material to the rim joist atop the foundation wall, and by installing press-fit plastic fasteners into the masonry.

Like our other basement wall products, CleanSpace® achieves several important goals. As part of your waterproofing system, it creates an effective moisture and vapor barrier. The wall covering forces all wall seepage and moisture to flow into your perimeter drain system. The white poly surface eliminates the need to paint basement walls, providing a bright, stain-resistant finish that never needs repainting or maintenance.

Why paint your foundation walls, when the CleanSpace® System provides an attractive finish treatment that won’t stain or wear out?

Having a sump pump in your home is a necessary element in basement waterproofing. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a three pump system that can pump up to 6,200 gallons of water an hour. The unique 'figure eight' design allows the three pumps to fit perfectly in the sump pump liner. The innovated liner and lid can accommodate two separate discharge lines, allowing twice the volume of water to be removed from the basement.

Here is an example of a crawl space that needed insulation and sealing. You can see that it was very dirty and had some moisture before the work was done. After insulation was installed and everything was sealed, the homeowner was able to have peace of mind when it comes to their home's crawl space.

The customer had a cold and damp crawl space that needed attention. We sealed and insulated the cold block walls with Silver-Glo insulation. The home was isolated from the earth using our CleanSpace liner with Drainage matting underneath for extra cushion when crawling on it. We topped the system off with a SaniDry CX crawl space air system.
