  I first heard of Northland Basement Systems after receiving a post card from them in the mail. The office staff was very courteous and helpful, as well as our representative Dennis who did a great job explaining everything. The crew arrived on time and started immediately. They were very courteous and cleaned up before leaving. There was a pinhole leak in the dry-trac after job completed, and Tim repaired it as soon as he was notified. He did a wonderful job of explaining and I am very impressed with his professional manner.
