Our sales representative did an excellent job explaining how our water problem could be repaired. He was very personable and professional. The crew arrived as discussed, they even called to let us know they would be arriving ahead of schedule. The installation crew was awesome. They were hard working and polite. The clean up was great. They left the job in A-1 condition. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend NBS. Our representative Dennis went over all options, and was very helpful in making my selection. Once it came time for installation, the crew arrived on time and all were very friendly. They explained what they were going to do and the whole time everything was kept clean. The attention to detail was awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better team.   Corey provided an excellent presentation as well as a couple courses of action to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable and practical.
