I had my entire basement finished by your company last month and wanted to let you know that my experience was an excellent one. I am always leery when dealing with contractors, as I am a widow and the Mom of  2 year old and have had many bad experiences with dishonest contractors in the past. Your salesperson Ralph was very nice and went over everything with me that I needed to know. Bill, the project manager, was very communicative and nice and prompt, thorough and organized and took care of a few issues that I experienced with the plumber. But the number one thing that you need to know is that your team of workers/carpenters (Rich/Rosie/Bill) are true artisans. What Millwork! What masters they are! How nice they are and how much they care about what they do...what pride they show in their work!!! My basement is now a work of art. The team of Rich, Rosie and Bill was what really made it amazing...they are true craftsmen and put everything that they had, including caring, into my job. I could not be more pleased. Thanks for putting out a great product and a great service and for employing such wonderful people as part of your team. They made my day and basement!!!

I just want to thank you for your outstanding  and phenomenal job on my basement and of course Eric as well. Highly recommended. I actually took a picture and send it to all my friends, co workers even  to my boss at Pfizer. They are all impressed on the outcome of my basement. Job well done. To Mike and Julie, I just wanted to say thank you for all of your assistance in completing our new basement. We love it. Erik was awesome, so professional and efficient. I couldn't believe one person could complete the job by himself so quickly. The job went so smoothly and the space came out beautiful.

Our system was installed only a few weeks after we moved into our new home. It was amazing to me that as friends came to see our new home, the first place my wife took them was to show off her "new" basement. She was proud to show off the basement. I am amazed what the BrightWall product has done for our basement space. You have transformed it!!!!

More importantly, I wanted to let you know that I reached out your team recently to complete a small job at my house, replacing a poorly installed and partially rotted door and frame in my walk out basement. Since I spend a lot of my day taking complaints, I like to send out compliments when a job goes well.   Your team was really great to work with. I was on a tight timeline, and the phone sales person was originally telling me a few weeks to get an estimate. But I was connected to Vin Orsini and he helped expedite the job. The entire job done in just a few weeks.  Bill Anderson came for the install with an apprentice (Dave I think). Bill was really exceptional. Not only did he do a great job on the door, but was very professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and check that nothing else needed to be fixed. He even asked me if I had extra grout for the tile floor (which I did), and he took the time to replace the grout line behind the door to complete the finished look. He even brought some gravel with him for the ground outside the door. I was not expecting any of that.   So it was a small job, but your team gets an A+ in my book.  

What an unbelievable transformation that basement has undergone. We are thrilled. It will change the way we live our lives. Maybe I'll even get a chance to enjoy it! Rich was great; professional, courteous, respectful and he did a top notch job.

I just wanted to let you know that Sean finished up this morning - he came up with a great solution to the issue he was having with the switch.  He also explained the smoke/CO2 detector that he’d installed.  I really appreciate his professionalism, as well as Bruce and Mike’s work.  They were all very responsible about coming when they said they would and finding excellent ways to meet the inevitable challenges of the job. I also appreciate your responsiveness, friendliness and willingness to be flexible when changes had to be made.  Overall, I’m very satisfied by the service I received from Total Basement Finishing.

The system works so well. 100% of the water is now diverted and the pump has never even turned on. Since my system has been installed , we have had major rain storms, hurricane, October Nor'easter and not a hint of moisture in the basement - I would recommend this system to anyone with a wet basement.
