We were called to this home in Kenosha, WI when the homeowners were tired of having to clean up water every time it rained.  They were also concerned about the floor above the basement because it started to sag.  This home already had some posts in the basement but they were failing, resulting in the floor above to sag. 

We came in and not only took care of the water issue, but installed our SmartJack System.  This system is made of galvanized steel which will not rust, provides immediate stabilization and lift and has a high capacity supporting over 60,000 lbs. 

The SmartJacks replaced their failing posts and now will provide them with the protection and security that they have been looking for. 

This customer in Boyd WI reached out to us to do deterioration and water seepage from a very old stone foundation. The home actually used to be an old cheese factory! How's that for Wisconsin history! For many years the only option for these old stone foundations that were breaking apart was replacing the whole foundation. We have a new solution that we call the EverBrace System that wouldn't require you to do that. This is a great option when only one wall has the issue and can be a big money saver. We were able to lift the garage apron back to it's original location. 

When your garage apron sinks, it can result in a undesirable bump when you come in and out of the garage.  We were able to lift it back up making it a smooth transition when these homeowners pull in and out of their garage. 

A sinking front step can not only be unsightly, but can also be tripping hazard.  As you can see, this front step had sunk several inches even making it a large and difficult step.  We were able to bring it back up to its rightful place.
