Concerned about cracks in their basement wall, this homeowner turned to us for a lasting solution. We installed the PowerBrace system, featuring strong, zinc-coated steel beams designed to stabilize bowing or cracked foundation walls. The system is adjustable, allowing for potential straightening over time without the need for excavation, providing a durable and maintenance-free solution for wall stability.

This Cloverdale, OH, basement had weakened support beams, causing structural concerns. Our team installed static beams to reinforce the floor system, providing long-term stability and preventing further movement. Now, the home has a strong, secure foundation for years to come.
Our crew was contracted to repair the stair-step cracks in this foundation with our PowerBrace system. The steel beams are custom-fit to the walls to prevent further cracking and settlement. The system can even be adjusted over time to correct wall movement. Once in place, the crew seals the cracks with an epoxy to prevent groundwater seepage.
This basement had large horizontal cracking near the middle of the wall. This is one of the first symptoms you will see in the case of a bowing wall. Cracks like these will start out small and increase over time as the soil outside continues to put pressure on the wall. The PowerBrace system will support the basement walls and allows straightening over time. Utilizing a joist reinforcement method that distributes the load evenly, eliminating the worry of further damage.
