SuperSump Install in GlenArm, MD

Water was getting into the basement through the customer's window and just puddling on the floor. We corrected the issue by installing a Super Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and a Well Duct. The well duct installed will direct any water that gets in down to the WaterGuard, which then directs the water over to the Super Sump to get pumped out of the basement.

Bowing Wall in Glen Arm, MD

Customer reached out to us with concerns of the top portion of their foundation wall was bowing inward about 2 to 3 inches and feared after time this would only get worse.

Our solution for this bowing foundation wall was to install 5 Full Wall Channel Anchors, which will permanently stabilize the foundation wall and, in time, can straighten the wall back towards its original position.

Humidity Control in Glen Arm, MD

This was a partially finished basement that in the warmer months, would become very humid. Humidity can lead to condensation, which can lead to mold. We came out and installed our SaniDry Upright XP Dehumidifier. This dehumidifier eliminates damp, musty odors by drying and filtering the air, all while being tucked away in the corner or closet of your basement.
