Annual Maintenance on SuperSump Sump Pump System in Baltimore

To access the cast-iron Zoeller pump for annual maintenance, Service Technician Jordan removed the airtight lid of the SuperSump Sump Pump System. He carefully removed the primary pump and the optional UltraSump Battery Backup pump. He cleaned and checked all components and replaced the check valves. Once reassembled, Jordan performed a system test to ensure the pumps were operating properly to provide a reliable wet basement solution!

WaterGuard in Baltimore, MD

This homeowner reached out regarding an unfinished basement that was getting water through both the floor and walls. We were able to install our WaterGuard, which is a non-clogging sub-floor drainage system that will keep the basement dry. The rugged plastic is designed to catch any seepage through walls or floor leaks along the perimeter, which will never rust or deteriorate over time. Once water is captured into the sub-floor drainage system, it will flow down to our SuperSump pump system, which will then pump out and away from the home.

Baltimore, MD Rowhome Basement Flooded, Now Dry

These are pictures of a typical city row home basement entry. The stairwells often flood because the drain is not big enough or not connected properly for an outlet. The water can now be easily managed by installing proper drainage and a large TrenchDrain.

TrenchDrain in Baltimore, MD

In this basement entry way, we removed the old sump pump and installed our TripleSafe pump system with twin liner. Once the TripleSafe was securely placed, we installed our TrenchDrain system, which is an elongated drain that is used to remove surface water from the area. The below level grade drain channel is connected to the sump pump system that will pump the water out safely.
