This North Brunswick, NJ home had water coming into the basement from the walls and floors. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CleanSpace basement wall panels which are waterproof walls that will stop any water from coming in through the walls and drains the water to the basement waterproofing system and out of the basement. ThermalDry basement floor tiles were installed on the floor which prevent water vapor from entering the basement through the floor and provide a thermal barrier keeping this basement warm.

When water issues occurred in this finished basement, we recommended our EverLast Restoration Wall Panels and Elite Plank Flooring for replacement. Our finishing materials are waterproof and non organic therefore mold will never grow and water seepage will never damage their finished basement again. 

The floors of this North Jersey basement were always cold. Since concrete is cold and pourous, it can cause an uncomfortable environment in any basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed ThermalDry basement floor tiles throughout the basement. ThermalDry basement flooring is completely waterproof which means water vapor will not be able to enter the basement. ThermalDry floor tiles also provide a thermal break between the concrete and the rest of the basement and will keep this basement ten degrees warmer! Our team installed not only a full basement waterproofing system but also removed the bottom portion of the basement walls that were damp from water seepage. Juan and his crew installed our EverLast Wall Restoration Panels that are waterproof and mold resistant. These panels help keep the basement dry by forcing any water seepage directly down to our WaterGuard drainage system.
