Healthy Spaces put in basement system, jackhammered up floor perimeter, put in drain system, sump system, recemented floor.  Overall, very well. Damon came initially and was extremely thorough in accessing our situation. Spent 2 and 1/2 hours taking measurements, drawing it out on CAD ,and running the estimate. We felt like he had an accurate view of our problems. We also had B-Dry give an estimate, which was higher and not as thorough in our opinion. There were a couple of communication glitches, on which day they would start and when an air conditioning drain line was disconnected from our old sump system without us knowing, causing some standing water for a day, but all was rectified and received a call from management that they would pay to have a plumber make it right. So far far we have a dry basement! Once the system was installed it did take about 5 days even with a dehumidifer for the cement to cure. It's not a complaint but something to be aware of if you are on a time table. We would recommend them to anyone!

I was quite impressed with the knowledge of rectifying a moisture intrusion issue in the crawl space of a residence and the escalated level of customer service that was given to the Realtor, the Seller, and the incoming Buyers of a property. All members of the Healthy Spaces Team diligently worked long hours to make certain each party was satisfied with the system and to guarantee that we met our closing deadline. Last week we had our entire basement waterproofed and encapsulated by Healthy Spaces. The crew was extremely friendly and very courteous. They did mold remediation and waterproofed our basement.  They were wonderful! They got rid of the mildew smell that had been there for 30 years!  

Management, From my very first contact with Healthy Spaces,I was impressed with the courtesy, concern, and professionalism of your team. I enjoyed working first with Jim Schafer who inspected our crawlspace. Although I didn't like the report, I knew it was thorough, honest, and something that needed to be done. Jim then took the time to explain everything in detail and his candidness was appreciated. Next was a young man who came to our home to treat inside and outside.Although I don't remember his name, he also was thorough and courteous. The three young men who came to do the "Healthy Space" work...Steve Joseph, Eric Davis, and Scott Dockery did an outstanding job completing the work in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Healthy Spaces did a good job on my crawlspace. Preformed well and kept me informed as work progressed. Inspection showed no short comings. Even found an issue with the quote which resulted in a rebate. I would definitely use again!

I got three estimates for my basement and took time to research exactly what each company did and the systems they used to keep water out and chose them because of the simple fact they don't just put a drain in your basement that will eventually get clogged and you have to pay out the wazoo to get it fixed. Our basement has been dry for over a year now and I'm happy with the quality and service they provided.

I just wanted to take a second to say how pleased I have been with this whole experience. Having work done on your home can be stressful, but the quality of work done by the Healthy Spaces team was great. I not only got regular updates from Greg throughout the whole process explaining to me each aspect of what was going on and why the team was doing it, but they went above and beyond what I was expecting in quality of service. Greg, Chris, Dean, and Jason had to come up with different solutions both on their own and in coordination with Scott and Jimmy to make sure that when something out of the ordinary came up, it was fixed to my liking and done the way it should be. They take pride in their work and that can be rare in today's world. Healthy Spaces was recommended to me and I can see why.
