Before joining Team Woods in January 2020, Nelson was a semi-pro baseball player and pitching instructor. He attended Lewis and Clark Community College and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, earning a degree in Business Management. Motivated by meeting his goals and solving problems, Nelson is excited to help design and fix people's homes. His certified lead types include Wall Support, Foundation Settlement, Crawl Space, and Waterproofing. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and hunting and is a baseball enthusiast.

In order to install our perimeter system, we need to have access beneath the slab to the footing. You will see some walls that have drywall cut out.
Moisture has been entering this crawlspace, creating a damp environment.
SmartJacks are steel beams that are designed to stabilize floor joists and fix sagging floors. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents water and water vapor from permeating though the ground and walls, keeping the area drier.
WaterGuard is designed to capture at the floor/wall joint.
This patio is sinking and becoming a tripping hazard.
EverLast Half Walls do not require painting and are washable.
These discharge lines will allow water to escape if the pipes become blocked for any reason.
This customer wanted to be sure the basement stayed dry always so we installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump. Which has three pumps and stands. There black box is a battery backup that will keep the system running in the vent of a power outage. In between the discharge lines is a WaterWatch alarm to alert you if water is rising and the system is not kicking on.
