We just used Ct. Basement to upgrade our basement from "dungeon" to presentable. I am writing this letter to tell you how lucky you are to have Rick Raucci and Angel working for you. I just had my basement completed last week and want to say these two guys are special people. I have had a couple projects done in my home, a new bathroom, new kitchen, and new skylights and your two employees by far were the BEST to work with. They both went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was done right. Rick did my daughter's house five years ago and she told me to call him and boy am I happy I did. Angel and his boys were great the three days they were here. I have already called their boss Jen to tell her how special they are but I thought you should know also.
