Before, this Beacon Falls basement had a water problem that would cause the walls of the basement to be susceptible to mold and moisture damage. This was a great concern for the homeowner. She did her research and decided to call Connecticut Basement Systems to help find her a solution. 

The solution for this Beacon Falls basement was to install a WaterGuard System which will ensure the basement stays dry all year long. Instead of water entering the basement, the water is collected in this system and channeled to a sump pump where the water exits through a discharge line. To address the water damage that has already set in the walls, EverLast Wall Restoration was installed on the half wall. The materials in the restored half wall are immune to mold and moisture damage which requires no maintenance and never needs painting. The wood-framed upper wall can’t absorb floor moisture, so it is protected from future damage.

A homeowner in Beacon Falls, CT wanted to create a living space in their basement. They called us at Connecticut Basement Systems to make the space they envisioned. One of our Salesmen, Doug Wheeler, went to the home to assess the basement, propose our basement finishing system, and design the basement with the homeowner. 

Then it would be time for Bruce, the project manager, to assign a crew to this job and then installation will begin. 

The crew installed our EverLast perimeter wall system, ThermalDry ElitePlank flooring in light pecan, and much more! This basement consisted of a new living room with a full door and a new beautiful window! 

Now this homeowner is thrilled knowing they can use this space to its full potential! 

This Milford, CT home had a basement that had insufficient walls and flooring. The bottom half of the walls were affected by water damage and the floors were cold and uncomfortable. Wanting a solution, the homeowner decided to contact the experts at Connecticut Basement Systems.

The solution was to install EverLast half wall restoration and ThermalDry tiles. The EverLast half wall restoration system is mold and water resistant which is ideal for any basement. ThermalDry flooring is attractive and has a warmer footing compared to traditional concrete making it more comfortable for all to enjoy. The transformation is incredible! 

The walls of this basement used to be plain, cold concrete. We covered them with our ZenWall panels. Each ZenWall panel has an insulated core and a reflective radiant barrier backing. Working together, these features keep this basement more comfortable and eliminate contact with cold, clammy concrete walls. In addition to being warm, these walls also give the basement a bright, clean look, transforming the once drab space into a beautiful living space!

This basement needed a complete transformation. Due to issues of moisture and mold, and unfinished living conditions, it was an unusable space before the renovation. A total basement finishing project was done to completely transform this room to dry and livable. Foreman, Victor Ivanpall completed this job by installing EverLast wall panels and ThermalDry Elite flooring in light pecan to make the space dry and comfortable. A SaniDry dehumidifier was also installed to create dry, clean air, and reduce mold and moisture.  

With this beautiful makeover, the homeowners were happy and are now able to use this open space, with no worries about damages in the future.
