Meet Dana!
Dana has worked in customer service for over 15 years. She is fully trained in bookkeeping and has certifications in marketing and customer service. Her daily responsibilities involve assisting customers with booking appointments and making sure all of our customers have a WOW! experience. Her favorite part of her job was getting to meet the Q1 team and helping customers book their appointments. In her free time, she runs her kids to cheer and football and loves taking vacations.
