Our crew Installs the EverBrace panels on the interior of the compromised foundation walls. The space between the new wall system and the failed wall is filled with a rigid foam to properly transfer the home's weight onto the EverBrace system.
WaterGuard is an interior drainage system designed to keep basements dry by capturing water at the foundation's edge and directing it to a sump pump. Installed just below the floor, it's a discreet yet powerful solution that prevents leaks and standing water, protecting your home from long-term moisture damage.
To install our IceGuard Discharge Line System the crew attaches a durable, weather-resistant cover to the exterior discharge line, ensuring water can safely exit the system even in freezing conditions. The system features an innovative design with vent holes that allow water to escape if the pipe becomes blocked or frozen, preventing backups and maintaining proper drainage.
CleanSpace and WaterGuard work together to keep basements dry and protected from water damage. CleanSpace is a thick, durable vapor barrier installed on basement walls to block moisture, mold, and musty odors, creating a cleaner, brighter space. WaterGuard is a specially designed interior drainage system installed along the perimeter of the basement floor, collecting water and directing it to a sump pump before it can reach the living space. Together, they provide a reliable, long-term solution for basement waterproofing.
For crawl spaces prone to being flooded, our CleanSpace Drainage Matting is a great solution to keep the water that does come in, flowing out of your space. Lying beneath the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, the grooves in this matting allow the water to move rather than stay trapped beneath the vapor barrier.
Our WaterGuard system was placed along the perimeter, then sealed with concrete to create a permanent solution for water seepage.
SmartJacks were positioned under the weakened beams and then adjusted to the proper height and tightened to stabilize.
