Mold Damage in Saint Louis, MO

Mold & Water Damage

Water finds it way into your home’s foundation, whether this be in a flash flood or moisture seeping through the concrete over time. The real problem occurs when the water or moisture comes in contact with organic materials like wood, plywood, carpet, tiles, fiberglass, and even products like “mold-resistant” drywall. Water in the basement means mold and rot will begin to grow and the drywall may need to be restored and repaired, but more likely, your beautiful Saint Louis basement will need to be completely gutted.

Advantages of our Basement Materials

Beatiful Basement Flooring in Saint Louis, MO

To prevent water damage to your basement, we install a water drainage system and then finish your basement using materials that are waterproof and truly mold resistant. Our materials look just like wood and tile but are not organic and not susceptible to mold. Our materials are also easily washable. You don’t need to search for studs in order to hang items on the wall, as our panels support up to 300 lbs! Each of the panels is built with an unbroken sheet of insulation inside and the floor panels have raised pegs keeping them off the concrete. This completely insulates your basement.

Comment Hey, We have an ~800 sqft basement we would love to finish. It has limestone walls and a concrete floor currently. We would like to leave the ceiling open and frame the perimeter as well as a room for storage. Some type of tile flooring and potentially a bar. Please get back to me so we can discuss next steps.

Comment I'm looking to schedule a quote to finish a basement. It's a townhouse built in 2014 with an unfinished concrete slab basement approximately 250 square feet. I'm told there is a hookup for a half bath which can hopefully be seen in the photos. The basic plan would be laminate flooring, insulation and drywall, baseboards and a toilet/sink. We would like it to look the same as the main level of the house. For the bathroom finishes we would like medium finishes. Doesn't need to be high end, but not look cheap and flimsy either. The main purpose of the room will be a kids play room/bonus space. Comment Hello Woods Basement Systems, Our basement flooded with the July storms (despite sump pump X 2!) which ruined the space that serves as the kids' playroom and our home office area. Currently down to the concrete with some built in furniture that needs to be removed. Not sure if Drywall sustained water damage or not. Additionally we had some plumbing work done (prior to flooding) which involved jackhammering thru the basement floors of the laundry room and storage room. We have some rough concrete over that area but I would like it smoothed out and the laundry room re-floored. Would be interested in hearing options for pseudo-finishing our back storage area, which also flooded with the storms. Thank you!
