Egress Window Well Replacement in Elkton, MD
Part of this basement project was replacing the customers current window wells, they would fill up with water and just empty in to the basement. We replaced the current wells with our Sunhouse window well and cover. Sunhouse wells will never rot, rust or deteriorate and are easy to clean.

For this basement project we turned your standard old basement window into an Egress. An Egress windows has plenty of benefits, could add value to the home, can be used as a safe exit in case of an emergency and also allows in plenty of natural light compared to a small standard basement window.

Since they were going to finish the basement, they decided not to replace the window with just another standard basement window but instead with an Egress.
