ThermalDry Basement Floor Matting is a durable, finished basement matting system that brings comfort and beauty to your entire basement. If your basement leaks into the finished basement floor, our finished ThermalDry floor tiles should not be damaged by the water. In the case of a small leak that dries out quickly, they should not need any special maintenance. ThermalDry floor tiles lay directly on the basement floor without chemicals, without needing to be glued down or permanently attached to the floor. Because of this, they are available for use immediately upon installation. If you would like to clean one of our tiles, they can be individually removed to be cleaned in a sink without any of the other tiles needing to be disturbed or damaged. If one tile becomes worn out (such as at the bottom of a staircase), stained or otherwise damaged, it can be replaced easily and quickly, even by a novice homeowner, without any special materials.

Our ThermalDry basement floor matting is equipped with unique plastic pegs that lift the matting off the floor and create an airspace between the surface of our finished floor tiles and the cold, damp basement floor. By doing so, our ThermalDry Basement Floor Matting creates a thermal break between the floor temperature and the surface of our finished basement flooring. The result? The finished surface you walk on and toddlers crawl on will be 8-10 degrees warmer than the concrete basement floor, and your home will become more energy efficient. The sides of the basement flooring can be equipped with a sturdy, snap-on edge that creates a gradual transition from the tiled area through the doorway to your unfinished area. At 1/2" in height, they will not take valuable headroom from your basement area!
