Since their 1991 founding, the firm has developed and grown significantly, currently with more than 30 employees and additional staff available for the the more active construction season. KTB retains its talented staff by offering continuous training and education to all employees. KTB's turnover is very low, and the majority of the current project managers and basement remodeling specialists came "up through the ranks."
